About The Artists

Rohees born Rohees Ilupeju, the dynamic Afrobeat and Afrofusion artist, weaves a musical tapestry that resonates with pulsating rhythms and vibrant melodies. Hailing from the rich cultural tapestry of Nigeria, West Africa, Rohees infuses his music with a unique blend of traditional African beats and contemporary sound to create fusion of melodious sounds with deep lyrics.

 

 

Dee Moe Gaiya Moses professionally known as Dee Moe is a Nigerian singer, rapper and songwriter. Born and raised in city of kaduna he is unarguably one of the best artiste to come out of his city. He’s best known for his story telling abilities and also his ability to get on almost any type of beat, from Drill, trap, boom bap, Afrobeats, and gangster rap.

 

 

Kenny O is a singer, songwriter and a performing act who has been performing from a very young age and still has the zeal to keep pushing. His versatility means he can go effortlessly from RnB to Afrobeats to hip-hop.

 

 

Redlocz began his musical journey as the leading rapper of Xibo, one of Hull’s first rap groups. His work also includes eclectic hip-hop, rap, and reggae tracks with conscious lyrics addressing real-life situations and visionary themes. Known for his clever wordplay, Redlocz describes his creative process as intuitive and spiritually fulfilling, letting the music flow organically from his inspirations. His spontaneous creativity is at the heart of his music which resonates deeply with his listeners.

 

 

Wmk is an up-and-coming rapper from Hull who’s worked his way into the music scene by combining bouncy flows, catchy melodies and meaningful lyrics into his music. A unique artist with exciting prospects for his future, his most popular song is summer anthem reaching over half a million streams.

 

 

Vivian Paul Foh is a soulful jazz singer songwriter who infuses reggae and Afro beats to create a unique sound. She graduated from Hull University music school and has been creating music with bands and choirs.

 

 

 

Vivek is a classically trained pianist and Carnatic vocalist with a formal education in both. Having been trained in Carnatic as well as Western Classical music from a very early age has helped him find a balance in his performance style. Vivek’s interest in the improvisational aspect of music is what led him to listen more to jazz and progressive music later in his life. He was very much fascinated by the tones and sounds of jazz and began exploring this genre when he started composing for his trio. Vivek believes in uniqueness, and this is what he always tries to present in his playing.
